Boiled mutton? Bottled milk? Are these your memories? See the National Archives exhibition, A Place to call home? Migrant hostel memories which opens on 10 May 2017 at Qantas Founders Museum!

“A Place to Call Home” is a travelling exhibition by the National Archives of Australia which explores the life of migrants to Australia after World War Two who would experience short or long term stay in migrant hostels.

This exhibition is on display from 10 May – 1 October 2017.


 

 

 

A National touring exhibition developed and presented by the National Archives of Australia.
