Carissa named Young Tourism Leader

On Tuesday the 28th of November at Parliament House in Brisbane, our very own Carissa Jesberg was named one of Queensland's 25 Young Tourism Leaders!

The Young Tourism Leaders program promotes role models to encourage and inspire young people to consider a career in the tourism industry.

Carissa will present at schools and engage with vocational and tertiary students, participating in careers events to share stories of her professional journey. Additionally, she will promote the diversity of work in tourism and provide valuable insights and advice on how to kickstart a career in tourism.

We are so incredibly proud of Carissa and if there's anyone completely deserving of this honour, its her!
